Whether it’s powerlifting or getting jacked AF, I help people get stronger and feel more confident in their bodies.

Depending on your goals, location, and experience there are many ways we can work together.

1:1 In-person Training at Rockwell Barbell in Chicago, IL

For those new to lifting or that need more support, in-person coaching is the best way to build confidence in the gym, learn proper form, and build a solid foundation for reaching your goals.

  • In-person clients typically work with me 1-3 days/week.

  • Each session is 60-minutes and tailored to your specific needs.

  • Includes individualized programming for days we do not train together.

Virtual Coaching

For those that have some experience in the gym and basic to advanced knowledge of barbell lifts, training online is a great way have more accountability, support, or to break through training plateaus. Virtual coaching includes:

  • Weekly responsive training and programs via an easy to use online platform

  • Video review of technique and work capacity

  • Please note that I am not taking virtual coaching clients that are brand new to the gym.

Custom 4-Week Programming

For those that feel confident in the gym and are looking for some new programming ideas or an occasional outside eye.

  • Supported and independent options available.

Single Sessions to Assess and Improve Squat, Bench Press, or Deadlift

Need an outside eye? Contact me for a single barbell back back squat, bench press, or deadlift session.
