This on-demand front squat clinic is for two types of people:

• Beginner or intermediate lifters familiar with the barbell that are having trouble with the front squat.

• Powerlifters that are curious about strongman and/or Olympic weightlifting movements.

This is not a pre-made program (although it does have program considerations for beginners, intermediate, and advanced lifters!)

This is not a class.

It is somewhere in-between. It is the next best thing to nerding out in the garage gym. I guess this is more like a go-at-your-own-pace-go-anywhere-with-you lifting clinic.
